The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and will be responsible for its success. S/he is responsible to have high efficiency in all verticals, employee performance & deliverables. Serves as a strong bridge between the managements strategic vision and the day-to-day operations of the business.
The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of reporting systems across all departments and regions. This individual will be tasked with reviewing, verifying, and organizing all employee reports, ensuring their timely submission, accuracy, and authenticity. They will also track employee productivity, workloads, and task management within the work shift, ensuring deliverables are met efficiently.

We are seeking a skilled Project & Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end management of project takeovers, and the execution of day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong project management and operational skillset. The business lines are into Real Estate, Cafes/ Restaurants, Hospitality amongst others, with interests in EU and West Africa.
The individual must envisage all required tasks at the time of take over completely analysing the checklists they would create, and from takeover to execute it to a successfully running operations. The role requires to coordinate with government bodies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless transitions from project initiation to full operational stability.

The role is significant requiring high commitment to support the expansion of business operations in Portugal and extend support for other businesses we have initiated in EU and West Africa.
The administrative assistant will partner with the management for the set-up of business operations, managing all business paperwork. S/he must be strong in coordinating with government offices and other private establishments.
The individual must look at adding systems that are strong, reliable, flexible to meet the current and future business needs. They will co-ordinate with vendors, consultants, and others, for pricing, quotations, etc to progress business.

Luciano, Pane Della Vita, is an Italian café located in the heart of the enchanting Obidos with a full view of the magnificent Obidos Castle in Portugal. The café is part of the global business group of Bennet and Bernard Gastronomy and Hospitality owning the brands of Black Vanilla, Barrels & Bones BBQ house and
others.
The Café Manager will oversee the daily operations of our Italian-themed café, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficient, smooth-running service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Italian and English cuisine, possess strong leadership skills, and have a keen eye for detail.
