I grasp that fleeting moment before it slips away, reflecting on how to transform it into something monumental - a rare and dazzling event. These moments are a supernova, once-in-a-lifetime opportunities, and I seize them, claim them as my own, and use them to contribute positively to the world.

As a leader, I adopt a hands-on approach, leading from the front and standing alongside my team from ideation through execution. Challenges and obstacles may hit us hard, but they only serve to strengthen and galvanise us, pushing us toward even higher benchmarks.
