Beginning his career at 19 as a mariner, he navigated international waters, facing hurricanes, pirates, and vessel emergencies, which honed his resilience and quick thinking. Despite an early setback with a yacht chartering venture that ended in bankruptcy, Lincoln’s determination led him to rebuild, constructing his own home and founding Bennet & Bernard. Under his visionary leadership, the company has redefined luxury real estate in Goa with theme-based projects, expanded into gastronomy and FMCG, and grown into a global portfolio including marine subsea and offshore services. Lincoln’s philosophy - embracing failure as a catalyst for growth—drives the company’s innovative spirit. Guided by gratitude and a commitment to impact, he lives by the principle of using every talent to its fullest, inspiring his team to seize every opportunity and thrive. -
